Nowadays, music is more frequently being used as a tool for personal development and increased levels of personal happiness because of the extensive amount of benefits it provides. For this reason, a greater number of centres and schools are offering more musical activities for leisure and free time.

Musical activities have proven to be effective in different groups of people and surrounding different personal aspects such as connecting with emotions, interacting with others, developing cognitive abilities, etc. Therefore, music can be used as a resource for communication and expression at the same time.

Our course on the components of Music Therapy provides the conceptual, methodological and practical elements to apply the techniques used within this field to other previous areas of study. It also focuses on the possibilities and benefits that musical activities provide for personal development and well-being. *
