Introduction:

Nowadays people are increasingly interested in starting personal physical exercise regimens, but they often lack regulation and guidelines, which would otherwise help them progress properly and achieve their objectives. There are crucial basic regimens that ensure that the exercise helps improve three main areas: health, aesthetics and functionality.

This course, Fitness Course: Physical Conditioning, covers theoretical and practical topics in the realm of physical exercise and sports like assessing physical health, conditioning and training, and nutrition. The course pays special attention to the most relevant information about physical activity, with the ultimate aim of achieving good health and a sense of wellbeing

 

DURATION:
2 months from the 4th April 2018 – 4th June 2018.

FORMAT:

100% online through our e-learning platform which you can access 24/7. There is no fixed learning rhythm and there are no set dates for the exams so you are free to work on the course and take the exams at your own pace. The only requirement is that you finish the course and pass the exams by the 4th of June.

METHODOLOGY:
Everything you will need to complete the course is available on the online platform. The course has 5 modules and the material is available in PDF format to download, study and print if you wish. Our material is dynamic and varied and includes audiovisual multimedia resources, links to complementary information, interesting facts, practical examples and research tools. You will have access to an online forum with a tutoring team at your disposal for any queries.

EXAMS:
There is an exam at the end of each module (between 10 and 20 questions each) and you are given three attempts to pass. There is also a final exam (between 30 and 40 questions) which covers topics from the entire course and must be passed on the first attempt. All exam questions are multiple choice, true/false or matching.

CERTIFICATE:
Once you have successfully passed all the exams, your certificate will be sent automatically to the email address you used for registration within 10 working days of the official end date of the course.

VALIDITY:

Our certificates are officially backed by the EADL (European Association for Distance Learning) and are assured under the ISO 9001:2008 Quality Management System. This certificate will be complete with an electronic signature and stamp as well as a unique secure verification code. Any person or company can verify the validity of the certificate using this code. We are also included in the Transparency Register of the European Union.

ADMINISTRATIVE FEE:
There is a one-time payment of 30 which covers the costs associated with producing and sending the certificate, maintaining the online platform and our personal tutoring service.
