These behaviours can vary in type and intensity, but they often interfere with the child\u2019s quality of life and the lives of those who live or work with them because they hinder academic performance and affect day-to-day family life.<\/p>\n
This course, Behavioural Disorders in Children, provides carers and educators with basic training in the field of childhood behavioural disorders. It offers theoretical and practical knowledge about how to intervene in different cases. The course pays special attention to the three most common disorders\u2014Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder, Conduct Disorder and Oppositional Defiant Disorder\u2014in order to assist with early diagnosis, and it also covers the most effective Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) techniques.<\/p>\n

\n100% online<\/strong> through our e-learning platform<\/strong> which you can access 24\/7. There is no fixed learning rhythm and there are no set dates for the exams so you are free to work on the course and take the exams at your own pace. The only requirement is that you finish the course and pass the exams by the 5th of April<\/strong>.

\n<\/strong><\/i> METHODOLOGY:<\/strong><\/span>
\nEverything you will need to complete the course is available on the online platform. The course has 3 modules<\/strong> and the material is available in PDF format to download, study and print if you wish. Our material is dynamic<\/strong> and varied and includes audiovisual multimedia resources, links<\/strong> to complementary information, interesting facts, practical examples and research tools<\/strong>. You will have access to an online forum<\/strong> with a tutoring team at your disposal<\/strong> for any queries.

\n<\/i> EXAMS:<\/strong><\/span>
\nThere is an exam at the end of each module<\/strong> (between 10 and 20 questions each) and you are given three attempts<\/strong> to pass. There is also a final exam (between 30 and 40 questions) which covers topics from the entire course and must be passed on the first attempt<\/strong>. All exam questions are multiple choice, true\/false or matching.

\n<\/i> CERTIFICATE:<\/strong><\/span>
\nOnce you have successfully passed all the exams, your certificate will be sent automatically to the email address you used for registration within 10 working days of the official end date of the course.

\nOur certificates are officially backed by the EADL<\/strong> (European Association for Distance Learning) and are assured under the ISO 9001:2008 Quality Management System<\/strong>.
