Consiste en un tipo de ejercicio intelectual en el que lo que se pretende es conseguir un estado de atenci\u00f3n concentrada sobre un pensamiento (felicidad, armon\u00eda), un objeto (un lienzo), la propia concentraci\u00f3n en s\u00ed o la percepci\u00f3n (de la respiraci\u00f3n, latidos\u2026). La meditaci\u00f3n nos ayuda a establecer una conexi\u00f3n con nuestro interior y ello nos facilita desarrollar nuestras capacidades personales y una comprensi\u00f3n de nosotros mismos, nuestro entorno y el sentido de la vida.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">El Mindfulness, por su parte, es un tipo de meditaci\u00f3n que trata de enfocar esta atenci\u00f3n de forma voluntaria y consciente en el momento presente, descubriendo las sensaciones que sentimos y las emociones que \u00e9stas nos despiertan, de una forma abierta y libre de juicios.
