Introduction:

People management is a field that advocates strategy and that works to achieve business objectives. It also provides organisations with an added competitive advantage in the current market. What sets a company apart and gives it this advantage is its ability to involve its employees in its corporate mission, vision, values, and goals, as well as having an awareness of its employees’ strengths and weaknesses in order to cultivate existing potential.

This course offers training in the conceptual, methodological, and practical components of the important, strategic role that human resources management plays. This represents the progression from traditional human resources management to a managerial style that emphasises the human factor—something that is essential in any organisation—and which is the fundamental pillar of an organisation’s success.
